Trudi is a Cotswold artist specialising in paintings inspired by nature. She paints in a striking, realistic style, drawing the viewer in to relish the beautiful landscapes and the countryside’s bounty. Long walks with her dog up hills and through woodland and field touch her imagination daily, and from these she selects the individual scenes that speak to her the most. As the seasons unfold, and the light changes, the nature around provides an abundance of inspiration.
Her original paintings vary in size from small to large and are created in acrylic paints, mostly on deep edged canvas, taking many weeks of studio time to complete. In addition to her original paintings, she offers a large range of limited edition, signed Fine Art Giclée Prints, which are faithful reproductions of her paintings, plus a separate range of cards.
