We are celebrating our 40th anniversary in 2010 and not 2008 as announced last year. This gives us time to organise a major celebration, so keep a look out for further information.
The Cotswold Craftsmen Gallery
The
Cotswold Craftsmen Gallery opened in April ’05 Market
Street, Nailsworth Map
It has been warmly received as a venue which provides a year
round opportunity to see and buy work from an everchanging selection
of members work.
The gallery is now in its third year and continues to be well received by visitors and well supported by members.

Also, a reminder that the gallery is occasionaly available for booking from other art groups and individuals. Please contact us if you would like more details.
The gallery
will be manned by the makers as usual so if you would like to
meet up with a particular maker to discuss work or possible
commissions, call into the gallery to see the rota list, email
us or contact Hazel Morris on the number below.

GALLERY NEWS
The gallery bookings for the next few months have finally been settled! Apologies for the delay this year.
A good number of new members will be showing in the gallery for the first time over the next few months including Jo Dewar, who makes wonderful tiny paper shoes and intricate wire pieces, Richard Bossons and Rita Dawe, who produce beautiful stone carvings, Peter Ridley, who creates a wide range of jewellery from hand crafted wooden beads, and a new range of work from Steve Callender which also incorporates stone work by Richard and Rita.
They will be showing their work alongside established and regular members such as John Button (carved sticks and sculptures), Hazel Morris (silver jewellery), Les Sharpe (decorated ceramics), Julie Sutton (ceramic creations) and Kate West (jewellery).
The building which houses the gallery is currently undergoing much needed repairs so please do not be put off if the gallery is clothed in scaffolding. We are still open for business! Later in the year the gallery will be shut for some exciting major alterations. This work is currently scheduled for May (whilst we are all off doing the Spring Show at Malvern) but keep an eye on this site for more news.
The gallery continues to have a new look every fortnight so regular visits are recommended! As always, bookings may change nearer the time so please contact either the member you wish to see or Hazel Morris (07961 914957) if you wish to confirm details.
